Eesti Patoloogide Selts on patolooge ühendav erialaselts, mis on asutatud 17. 09. 2002. a. Seltsi liikmeks võivad astuda Eesti Vabariigis arsti kutset omavad isikud ja kõrgharidusega spetsialistid, kelle töö on seotud patoloogia teadusliku, pedagoogilise või praktilise tegevusega.
Eesti Patoloogide Seltsi eesmärk on edendada patoloogia eriala arengut Eestis, tõsta diagnostikameetodite kvaliteeti ja diagnostikavõimaluste laiemat tuntust arstkonnas. Selts esindab oma liikmete õigusi ja huve tööandjate ees, riigivõimu- ja valitsemisorganites.
